My Peugeot's engine management system reported a malfunction. The engine then went into safe mode. I'm from the center of the country and thought I could get some help (driving back from Den Helder in safe mode isn't pleasant). Unfortunately, they didn't have time; I could leave the car there, and they said they'd take a look later that afternoon. Connecting the car to the computer to see what the problem might be wasn't possible either, as the computer was in use. Not customer-friendly.

A major malfunction occurred, and the defective part proved difficult to replace. I ordered a so-called bromine battery, installed it, and tested it on Friday. No response, but my phone indicated a "car ready" message on Saturday. I went to the garage, where the workshop was still fully operational even on Saturday! Hats off! 👍🙂 Received the repaired car from the mechanic after some helpful explanation about the malfunction. I had to go to a cremation in Groningen today and desperately needed the car. Excellent work, garage staff. Greetings from Den Helder.

Our Peugeot 2008 broke down after just 60,000 km due to the well-known timing belt problem with Puretech 1.2 turbo engines. We had to have the engine overhauled, and now we're having the same problem again. It cost €4,000. The engine also requires 1 liter of oil per 400 km. Peugeot Den Helder, like Peugeot Netherlands, refuses to help us, even though the car has been properly serviced every year. Furthermore, the value of these cars with this type of engine has plummeted, especially after the Kass broadcasts. We'll never buy a Peugeot again, and Monique, the receptionist at Peugeot Den Helder, is incredibly unfriendly. It's simply unreal that you're treated so poorly for a car costing over €20,000.

I bought a used car and discovered a few minor issues I hadn't noticed during the test drive. Everything was resolved efficiently, and we even received a loaner car. Very satisfied with the quick communication and service!
