Such a terrible customer service. I know it is covid time, i just wanted to ask if they have a certain simple piece since i do not know what is it called to ask on the phone, he heard that i speak english and kind of kicked me out, i told him one question and he just ignored me. I don't know if it is because i don't speak dutch or what but it is such a horrible customer service and not friendly at all. I would prefer to pay 10x more at any other shop rather here. so so so unrecommended not even for someone i hate. Please Techinsche Central Maastricht, Hire friendlier staff, not people who shouts and kick people out in this manner, it is one of the most horrible services i have ever experinced!
