Extremely poor service and rude staff. You can't return products, and don't complain about the exorbitant prices. If you do, you'll literally be thrown out of the store.

Rude staff and completely unprofessional. You really don't want to go there as a customer if you're going to get ripped off. They don't even follow legal regulations. Better to go to Kruitboch, where you'll be treated with respect.

Nice atmosphere and staff, but the most important thing is that they know a little about everything and if one person doesn't know it, there is always a colleague who does.
