Suzuki Service at its best! My father has been a customer of Oto Hendriks for years. The day before our vacation, upon arrival in Groningen, there was a huge bump on the side of one of the all-season tires we'd just installed. Oto Hendriks was very helpful, arranging for the tire to be replaced that same afternoon at Fleming in Groningen after a phone call. It turned out the tire wasn't in stock, but they arranged for it to be delivered early the next morning and replaced. This allowed us to leave on time. Everything was replaced under warranty. A big 5 stars for both garages. Thank you so much for the help and the quick response.
