On holiday I had a strange problem with my Opel. They made room on the same day to read out the car and make a diagnosis: very good help.

I called Hekkert, and an arrogant employee (parts warehouse) answered. He called to ask if a part was in stock, and was yelled at. "Come on, you have to come by," he said, "we're losing customers. So sorry, I want to know if it's in stock, even though I have to drive half an hour for it." He didn't even want to know the price! So I'll go to another Opel dealer who actually valued their customers. Hekkert is sending the staff on customer service training; these people really need it.

In 2014, I bought my Opel Astra from Hekkert Venlo and have always been very satisfied with the car and the service. Two years ago, we moved to a different area, so unfortunately, I had to look for a different garage. This summer, we went on vacation to the Limburg region, and my car broke down (battery). Hekkert was ready as usual and installed a new battery for our car at cost (we didn't have to pay any workshop fees). A truly top-notch garage! Great service—and it saved our vacation! Thank you!
