I definitely recommend this garage! I came in for an air conditioning refill after several garages had checked it, each time with a different problem. One Stop Car Service offered a competitive price for the refill, and I could get in the same day! They were also very helpful and cooperative, and were able to immediately determine that other parts were no longer working. If you're looking for a competitive price and a reliable garage that thinks along with you, then One Stop Car Service is highly recommended!

Unfortunately, a negative review. The first repair and appointment were carried out well. But the second time for the MOT inspection, I had to wait three weeks because they were too busy. I dropped off the car; he wasn't present, but his wife did take the key. In two hours, I received a call saying the car wouldn't be serviced properly because of excessive emissions from the particulate filter. I went to pick up the car; he and his wife were busy assembling cabinets, and indeed, they were very busy with car repairs. I had asked if it was possible to resolve the problem on short notice, but unfortunately, they were too busy. I still have to pay 40 euros, otherwise, with an MOT failure, I'm not allowed to drive? I'm not angry, but very disappointed, and I've learned my lesson.

I had problems with my Volvo V60 hybrid; the particulate filter was clogged! It was a mountain of work, and even though there were still faults in the car, they were resolved very skillfully. I recommend this company, if only for their warranty and service! I have come to know Eric Nieuwdorp as a true craftsman who thinks in a solution-oriented and customer-focused way, and proposes and resolves technically sound solutions.
