Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. I bought a 2019 VW T-Roc there on September 2, 2025. It had 57,996 km on the odometer. However, within a week, the rear tires needed replacing, which I had to pay an additional €270. The tire company couldn't figure out how this car had passed its MOT. Now, after a service on February 13, it turns out it had 69,315 km, costing €511. The front tires are also in extremely poor condition. Furthermore, I heard from the garage today that the brake discs and pads need replacing, costing €650. The city light unit also needs replacing, as it's broken on one side, costing €250. After barely 11,000 km, I'm faced with exorbitant costs. How can I leave a positive review for this company?
