Shipping time is reasonable, but don't order the wrong item because you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. €12 Bpost shipping on an item worth €33 (Belgium - Netherlands).

I ordered an Xprog box (€150) to reset the firmware of a BMW. I initially received a defective one, which I was told to send in for inspection, and if it was truly defective, I would receive a new one. I received a new one, but it was also defective. Now I'm requesting a return and want to send it back myself so they can see that it's broken, but they won't help me. Poor service, dissatisfied.

Accurate and clear descriptions of the offered parts are a must! Sold parts don't meet the features described on the website! This was even confirmed upon receipt! The purchased item doesn't work as described and must be returned at your own expense! So think twice before buying anything from this site!
