Scammers. I had an optional extra installed there. Because they had "the best technician in the Netherlands." Well, a one-hour installation cost me three days. They had connected the interior lighting incorrectly. Back again. Broken cover, which I installed anyway. Back again. Infotainment system doesn't work. Back again. And each time, they gave a different story about the cause... at some point, after many contacts, they contradicted themselves. To top it all off, they unilaterally changed the invoice. You're talking about a one-hour installation. And they made it three days, full of errors. If I could, I would have given them 0 stars. It's a car dealership. I contacted another dealer for the same installations. They all quoted the same price. NOT STEZA. They should be honest about the costs. But that's not the case here. I complained to "brand" Nederland. And then... And suddenly they adjusted the invoice to the price of the original quote. I've never seen or experienced such an amateurish bunch. I will NEVER, and will NEVER, do business with these incompetent, amateurish liars again. What do you want to discuss? That I brought the matter to Nissan Netherlands? Or that I can claim the costs incurred? Or that your owner prepared the invoice and deliberately deviated from the quote without prior discussion? How and what do you want to discuss or address?

Came here for an MOT on a lease car. They make you wait fifteen minutes at the counter in the morning (while they're standing in the office next door, chatting at length about the upcoming weekend). They said they'd call, but they didn't. The icing on the cake: when you pick up your car, you stand at the counter again for fifteen minutes while the staff chat away! Poor service.

A good and friendly car dealer. I wasn't really looking for a new car, but my mother's car came from Steza Emmeloord and needed a summer service at Steza Zwolle. So I decided to take a look. My mother was very impressed with Mees. He's a great salesman. He helps me explore the possibilities and is honest in his advice about what's acceptable and what's not. Mees even made sure the modification (an extra left accelerator pedal) was installed when I picked up the car. Which was really great. I ended up choosing a Nissan Qashqai. It's a fantastic and reliable car.
