The appointment for my Nissan's inspection went perfectly: I was able to arrive right on time and was helped immediately. The welcome was very friendly, the process was very professional and fast, and I'm extremely satisfied with the result. In short, top marks for me!

I've been asked twice by email about my experience with the workshop, even though my appointment with the workshop was rescheduled two hours in advance due to illness. It's strange that I'm being asked twice about my experience even though the appointment hasn't even taken place yet. Unfortunately, my experience with an appointment being canceled two hours in advance while my husband took a day off for it isn't very positive. Hopefully, the next appointment will be positive.

The car's maintenance seems fine. However, the handling leaves much to be desired. At 4:50 PM on the day of pickup, I still hadn't received a call. I called myself. I received a call back at 5:05 PM. I told them I'd be there immediately. Once there, everything was dark. I called again. Finally, I managed to get in touch. Upon returning the car, no apology was offered! Customer service is nowhere to be found.

I received excellent service from Damian on my first visit to Stam Garage. He explained everything very well. The subsequent contact with Stam Garage was also pleasant. No long waits, and everyone spoke to me correctly and kindly.
