I can't comment on the workshop's performance. We're not yet customers, and the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) sent us there after a breakdown with our electric car (Leaf), which suddenly left us stranded. They couldn't even look at the car until more than two weeks later. They lacked sufficient capacity, and if you're not (yet) a customer, you're left to fend for yourself. You wouldn't suddenly leave a five-year-old car with 50,000 km parked in the middle of the street. And there's no dealership to help you.

The service was quick and efficient, even faster than indicated. The counter was also friendly. I'm not a car enthusiast, so I'm not sure everything that was replaced needed replacing, but without a little mutual trust, we're not going to get anywhere. It seems good, anyway.
