I was denied my afspraak, I was asked to pay €1 800 for no reason, I was refused help because my car is 2007 and out of guarantee. My time cost less than their time. I wonder if in Japan Nissan is the same, or they actualy help people there with their old cars?

They saved our holidays! The day before leaving on a 1500km drive, our car’s levels were not good. I called and they were able to help me out right away (on the same day). Super friendly, kind and professional, they even gave me tips on what to check in the future when I asked. 100% recommend. I wish all garages were as trustworthy. Thanks again!
