There are very limited parking spaces, and you pay a lot for the yearly maintenance, yet you are not even allowed to describe basic issues that they probably need to pay attention to (other dealers always ask about these at the beginning of the service). I don’t trust that they can perform proper maintenance on my car. I was rudely interrupted and couldn’t even finish a single sentence saying, “My light has a problem, and I recently had a flat tire.” Please skip this dealer and find another one. It’s my first time having such an untrustworthy experience.

3* because was told there is no waiting area, when in fact, there was. Had to go about in the cold to get a bus or uber to get back home. Apart from that, the car was serviced correctly and the techs cleaned it up both inside and out.
