Volvo XC60 taken in for repair at Nefel. On the advice of a Volvo garage in Helmond, I bought parts from Deijne, a Volvo parts specialist. I took the car to Nefel, who were able to replace the part and carry out the repair. After being without the car for two days, I went to pick it up (paid €157.30) and wanted to drive away, but the same problem I had been looking for was still there. They hooked up the computer and put everything in service mode (this meant I could drive again without the notification). Unfortunately, when I drove away, the same beeping sound was still there. So I put the car in the rear window and went back inside. Since the Christmas holidays were starting, they said, "We're not doing anything more; just sit there with the beeping." I then went to another garage, and they told me they had dismantled even more than they had repaired. (The settings had been completely messed up.) Nefel did contact me later to apologize for their response and to ask if they could possibly help me after all, but you get the idea. I won't be going back. And then hearing from others that I'd used threatening language—pretty bizarre, if you don't repair a car, but rather demolish it—get their response and still wish them happy holidays. All in all, not a good experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
