Never go to this car service again!!! They replaced parts without asking me and then made me pay. After a short drive the car broke down again. Very bad experience and a lot of stress.

1 star because of my negative experience with this garage. I came here for a car repair, but during the work some parts were replaced without prior consultation with me. After the repair I drove about 1000 km and then the car started smoking heavily and broke down on the road. I expected a professional approach and a clear explanation of the work done, but I did not receive clear information about what was done and why. In the end it cost me time and money while the car still had problems. This is my personal experience. I will not come back and I advise other customers to carefully check all work before paying.

This is the only place I go to fix my car. I live in Amsterdam and tried many garages around but couldn’t find a single place in the whole Randstad that is even closely as good as this one. And special thanks to Alexander for explaining essential details and delivering excellent customer service.
