the engine stops by it self when the scooter is not moving. Spent almost 200 euros with IJdonk. nothing was fixed. In the end, it was the spark plug that needs to be replaced. But in the invoice, IJdonk charged me for the maintenance including servicing the spark plug (Bougie). So not only I was over charged for a simple problem that the technician didn't even fix, but also he didn't even do the service that he charged me for. Is that fraud? I'll let you be the judge.

I took my scooter to 3 repair shops and they couldn’t fix it. I was offered 100 euros to sell it for scrap, a scooter I bought brand new in October. Mobile Scooterservice was able to fix the issues for me and gurantee the quality of the service in no time. I will forever use their services and I highly recommend them.

They could have easily upsold me, but they found the problem on location and charged very fairly for a visit. Mechanic was friendly, will keep them in mind for the future.

The best scooter service at the world. They can fix probably everything, sometimes without even seeing you. Highly recomend, especially when you get in trouble away from home.
