I've known Mr. Seidler for 10 years and have bought two boats from him. Of course, they were older boats, and you always have to expect the need for repairs. Mr. Seidler was always available, helpful, and very fair, both when I was looking for a berth and when repairs were needed. In fact, he's the one who made it possible for me (as a complete beginner) to own a boat in the first place. He also helped me with the sale of both boats (my second one was sold two months ago). Fantastic!

We bought a cute, inexpensive old boat. We invested 4-5 weeks of work and love into fixing it up: clearing out the clutter, installing a toilet (which didn't work from the start), a new roof hatch, a new water pump, a new connection to the water tank, repairing and painting the interior and exterior, the solar panels aren't working, and we bought completely new cushions. The engine never started without charging, as the boat had been sitting in the water for a long time without being used. As mentioned, we were working on it exclusively until last week. Then the moment finally arrived. We took the boat out last Sunday. On the way back, after about 45 minutes of paddling against the current, cooling water sprayed out like a fountain, black smoke billowed from the side, and within a minute, everything in the saloon was black. The temperature gauge climbed to 130 degrees Celsius. We immediately shut off the engine. We panicked and wanted to jump overboard. Several boats came to our aid with life jackets and towed us to the harbor. The seller is so unscrupulous, selling junk by claiming it's an old boat! It's not seaworthy! We cancelled the purchase agreement and got our money back, but of course, our investments weren't reimbursed. Beware when buying: All the boats are over 30 years old and are being sold as project boats. The best advice is to stay away.

It couldn't be worse. You made an appointment to view the boat you were looking at, but it was already sold even though it was still listed online. No call or any other information. Then they try to sell you a boat that was supposedly only advertised for a day, but is, of course, "a bit" more expensive and has been online for much longer. Of course, it was all just a misunderstanding. A complete waste of time and money.

I bought my boat in October. Since I still have some finishing touches to do and, coming from Hanover, I can't stay on-site any longer, Mr. Seidler moved the boat to a secure winter harbor and helped me with the work at no extra cost, offering excellent advice. This means I can bring it home in the spring when the weather is pleasant. Very kind service. Thank you.
