What a shame! I wanted to come and see the Mazda 6e, but the men behind the counter, including one gentleman in a white shirt, apparently didn't find me interesting. Too bad. I had a strange feeling about it. Another younger, friendly salesperson was delivering a car. I walked away. He wanted to help, but I didn't want to interrupt him while he was delivering. Normally, experienced salespeople (those behind the counter) should set the example.

The seller was very nice but didn't give us any info on who was the previous owner, has the car been in any crashes. So we couldn't buy a car whos history we know nothing about. Even if we liked the car well. The price was also fixed.

I bought a CX-30. Upon receipt, the steering wheel was sticky (the car had been cleaned). After a few weeks, the top layer of the steering wheel started peeling. They said they would look for a solution, and I had to come back twice to take photos. After that, I heard nothing. Later, due to the distance, I had to go to Mengelers Heerlen. They were supposed to take photos, but they lost them. So I went back again and took more photos. After two months, I called and was told to go to Roermond. I sent more photos and then heard nothing again. I didn't receive a single call back or an email response in the entire time. I was told on Facebook that this is apparently a common problem.
