This review is based on multiple experiences from the past 12 months, so it's not a one-off. About a year ago (May 16, 2023), I showed interest in several cars through the website and tried to schedule an appointment. I never received a response to any of my appointment requests. Ultimately, I bought our car elsewhere. In early October 2023, I tried to request a quote through the website, but the contact form wasn't working. (At the time of writing, it still isn't.) I finally sent an email to the email address provided, but never received a response. Last Wednesday, May 1, I contacted them again to request a quote, this time via WhatsApp. So far, I've only received automated responses and an automated "apologies for the late response, if the question hasn't been answered yet, please send 'Yes'" message. Surely it can't be that difficult to get in touch with you?

Took my wifes near new Mazda there for a small repair. They damaged the steering wheel and then blamed her finger nails for it. Typical dodgy car dealership

Hats off to the guys behind the counter! Just before my shift, I had a problem with my battery. I was listened to, helped, and when it turned out there were additional problems after a new battery, I was immediately given a loaner car. These guys clearly enjoy their work, and it shows. Fantastic!

This is the garage where I leased my Hyundai Kona EV. I needed to go there for a service, tire change, and minor repairs. I didn't have to wait; I was given a courtesy car. That afternoon, after a phone call, I was able to pick up my car—neatly cleaned. The people I dealt with were very friendly and professional, and they provided a fantastic service experience!
