A dealership, with all what it entails. Not really oriented on the second hand market support, so I will not be returning. Small problems get no solutions, other than 'original part replaced', which is ridiculous certain situations. Asked questions about new cars and got some very meh answers. Not my kind of shop.

The tailgate of my CX30 made a loud noise when it opened. Even though the warranty had already expired for over six months, Mazda Pierre arranged for 70% of the costs to be covered by the importer. I was very satisfied with that. I returned the car, and the repair was completed within half an hour. The mechanic also refilled the windshield washer reservoir, which indicated a low level. I consider that simply excellent service.
