Very good experience. Had two tears in tyre and needed a new tyre within 24 hours due to imminent departure to United Kingdom. Tyre had to be ordered. Service very friendly and kept me updated throughout. Would definitely go back and use them again if necessary. Karin

I asked to make an alignment for track racing. I explained the problem I have - excessive understeer. But unfortunately I got no options proposed. They just made a regular alignment. After that I was told - "try this" and then next time we will check what adjustments are possible in your car. But you were already busy with it, why not check the possibilities???? Especially if the client asks it. Verdict - no prof. curiosity, no client orientation, no proactivity. Just simply do standard and nothing else matters.

I had them do an alignment service. It is really expensive. Also the issue with the car was discussed with the business owner but that information was not shared or acted upon by the person who actually did the alignment.
Real Talk
I needed the back wheel intertube for my electric scooter (electrische step) replaced and apparently not a single bike shop in Utrecht was able to help with this matter. So after a long search I found Matterhorn, sent them a picture of my scooter and within a day had a response with a price offer. I dropped off my scooter shortly before they closed and could pick it up the next day with my wheel working perfectly again. In conclusion, good place for having special things fixed; also very friendly staff. I'm completely satisfied.

Very good and friendly service. Got a good price for fresh new tires (factory date less than 6 months old). Very professional service, will definitely go back for both street and track tires.
