Satisfied with the work they did. However... I made an online MOT appointment and ticked the box to wait. When I got there, they sent me away on my bike. Don't offer that option, or call if it doesn't work. Furthermore, the garage is expensive; they charge exorbitant prices. They replaced parts costing €70 without consulting me! The final bill was €210 higher than the agreed-upon price. In a second instance, I requested a quote for replacing a part. Also exorbitant! I've since replaced the part myself, a 45-minute job, and the part was €60 online. Mast was asking for €460! This garage is clearly playing games with people and prices. I understand they need to make money, but this is taking it too far. They've definitely lost this customer. Be wary!
