Recently purchased a Ford Puma. There were some issues with the tire sensors and the tires themselves. After contacting them, they provided a loaner car the same day. The tire sensors were promptly replaced, and new tires were installed. I can only say excellent service! And a thank you is on the way 😉. More than deserved! Thanks 🙏

Autoservice Martin Kiewiet/Martin Kiewiet Auto’s We had an agreement in principle with a private seller regarding the purchase of a car ("advertisement reserved for you"). The advertisement stated "recently replaced clutch." However, this was not mentioned in the maintenance booklet or on any other verifiable document. According to Autoservice Kiewiet in Assen, Martin Kiewiet himself, the replacement was correct, but he could not provide a date. He said this was a matter of trust. A remarkable statement for a BOVAG member. Therefore, a few days later, I sent Autoservice Kiewiet the following request by email. —- We have an agreement in principle with the current owner regarding the purchase of the above-mentioned vehicle. This includes the information that your company recently installed a new clutch, etc. Unfortunately, this has not yet been noted and stamped in the maintenance booklet or on any other document from your company. Of course, we would still like this to be done. We assume that you, as a BOVAG member, will take care of this in consultation with the current owner as soon as possible. Thank you in advance! —- Two days later, I called Martin Kiewiet. He reacted irritated, said he thought this was nonsense, and referred to the invoice in the seller's possession. According to him, I'll just have to make do with that. Another very unusual reaction and stance, to a more than reasonable and fair request. A request that should be unnecessary. BOVAG is clear: allegations must be demonstrable. I asked him if a BOVAG member shouldn't be expected to take such a request seriously and take care of this after all. Martin Kiewiet then said he was fed up with my whining and abruptly ended the call. Exceptional and reprehensible behavior by a BOVAG member and also by a training company. A serious and caring BOVAG member should have been expected to simply rectify such a simple matter, in consultation with the seller. Her member's attitude and actions have been reported to BOVAG. After Martin Kiewiet's uncooperative attitude, I called the seller. He argued for privacy reasons, not that he should provide a (copy) invoice. He said he was fed up and decided not to sell, after which he ended the call. In fact, the seller's termination was caused by negligence and subsequent refusal to rectify the situation by BOVAG member Martin Kiewiet. We had actually already arranged, at the seller's suggestion, to arrange the transfer the day after Monday, in week 31, at the Nobellaan post office in Assen. Thanks to Martin Kiewiet… Perhaps this is an exception, but it is a clear one.

On January 30, 2023, I bought a Ford Fiesta with license plate 10-SHZ-1. It had an MOT valid until May 7, 2023. The seller said he didn't expect any problems during the upcoming inspection. I bought the car with complete confidence, and guess what? He was right! Last week, my car passed the inspection with flying colors, with no issues. So, my beautiful car is approved until May 7, 2024. I've already driven quite a few distances... Lelystad-Emmen-Lelystad. Lelystad-Cologne-Lelystad. Both without a single problem. At a time when everyone usually reacts negatively, I want to share this positive experience with you.................!!! ***UPDATE*** Many kilometers later and a trip to and from France. Still HAPPY with this beautiful Fiesta...
