I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Maas de Koning. I brought my car here because of a malfunctioning gear selector lever and damage after driving through a pothole. During the intake, they asked if they could clean my car, which I agreed to. I was later told that: • the gear selector lever had to be completely replaced for €1,300 • the damage consisted of two bent rims • new rims, including installation, would cost approximately €800 Furthermore, the rims could not be installed for another three weeks, even though they had already arrived within two days. I found this both far too expensive and unnecessarily long. I indicated that I wanted to pick up my car. They said this could be done within a few hours, but then they said this wasn't possible due to a recall they had to comply with. I was then told again that pickup wasn't possible because they had to order something, which wouldn't arrive until the next day. In the end, I wasn't able to pick up my car until the next day. To my surprise, the car was dirtier than when I brought it in, even though I had given permission to clean it. There was even a dirty cloth under the seat. Since then, there have also been white streaks and scratches on the paint, which are very difficult to remove and weren't there before. This strongly suggests that my car had been handled carelessly. After that, I took the car to another garage. They immediately indicated that the rims could probably be trued instead of replaced. This was done for €175. The gear selector malfunction was also resolved there for €300. To make matters worse, Maas de Koning incorrectly recorded my mileage in the Audi app. My car now has over 800,000 km on the odometer, while the actual odometer reading is approximately 86,000 km. This is extremely sloppy. All in all, I find this a very unprofessional experience, with poor communication, exorbitant price estimates, and a lack of care for the customer and their car. Never again for me.

It is Thursday, March 28th, in the morning when we step into the Audi showroom. It is very well-organized, tidy, and fully stocked with the latest Audi models. The plan for the day was to visit as many Audi dealers as possible (Moordrecht / De Meern / Utrecht and The Hague). We were looking for a young Audi Q2, no more than a year old, and wanted to trade in our 2008 Audi A3. In the showroom, we were greeted kindly by Mr. J-W Levendig. We were offered coffee and tea, and he showed us a few Q2 models via the system. Then we went to the garage where the car was located. A Mythos Black Q2 with all the bells and whistles. What we liked was the conversation with Mr. Levendig, which was quite relaxed and easygoing without being pushy. To make a long story short... Because things went smoothly and the trade-in price was reasonable, we bought the car, even without having taken a test drive. My wife and I simply felt a sense of trust. It was no longer necessary to visit all the other Audi dealers. Friday, April 12th, was the day we were finally able to pick up the car. Once again, we were received very warmly. Before the car was handed over, we received a very clear explanation of the various functionalities. I have always had good experiences with Audi, but this Q2 is truly Super and exceeds all expectations. Mr. Levendig also called the day after the delivery to ask how everything went. Many thanks and much appreciated, Mr. Levendig, for the good care; the wine we received as a gift didn't last long :). Should we decide to trade in the car in the future, a visit to Audi Maas-de Koning in Moordrecht is definitely on our list. Update 09-09-2025! Excellent experience with the service. After 30,000 km on the odometer, the car was due for a service. Making an appointment was quick and easy, which immediately gave a good impression. It was especially nice that I could opt for a waiting appointment, so I could stay on-site while my car was being serviced. Upon arrival, I was assisted very kindly by Mr. Paul van Wijk. The waiting area is comfortable and well-furnished, with a view of various beautiful Audi models that make waiting anything but tedious. Free Wi-Fi is available, making it easy to continue working or relax. The staff is friendly, professional, and particularly attentive. I was offered something to drink several times. You feel truly welcome and well taken care of. My car was delivered neatly within the agreed schedule, clean and washed, which was a nice bonus. In short: a very pleasant experience and a clear explanation of the work that inspires confidence for the future. Thanks again, Paul.
