I've never been to the garage in Terneuzen myself, but in Goes they're unprofessional. Every time I take my car there for repairs, there's another defect, and that's never their responsibility. They serviced my automatic transmission and then replaced two other transmission-related parts, but I still had to pay for it. The worst part is that it still doesn't work properly.

I ordered a service, called, and they didn't give me any prices. (165 euros per hour). I called myself, and the nice gentleman calculated the price. The actual price suddenly turned out to be half as much. This isn't the first time there have been problems with both appointments and service. After buying two cars from you, you've lost me as a customer. If I were to recommend Louwman to anyone, they'd be better off going to the Goes branch.

Waiting in the showroom with your laptop and a cup of coffee until the repair is complete is no problem. They explained everything clearly about what was wrong with a part and were very helpful. I don't quite understand what most people find so bad about this. The price is the price, the price is the price, the appointment is flexible, etc., etc.

A bracket under our vehicle had come loose, and a screw was lost. It was rattling while driving. The problem was resolved quickly and easily. During the very short wait, we were offered coffee. There was no charge! Many thanks again to the Louwman team for this excellent service!

The branch doesn't honor agreements and is rude on the phone. You're transferred and get the wrong people on the line even though you're using the menu correctly. A replacement vehicle was given to another customer. Please choose a different garage if you want to make proper arrangements! *Response to the garage: The employer agreed, but you simply don't honor agreements. We didn't get the vehicle, end of discussion.
