I contacted them first about the car and was told I'd hear back later. After two hours, I called again because I hadn't heard anything. I was told they were busy and that I would hear back. I waited, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. At the end of the day, I called again, only to find out the appointment had been given to someone else, even though I was the first interested party. I found that very disappointing. I expected more clarity and better communication, as this didn't come across as professional.

What a wonderful buying experience at Van Sprundel! Purely by chance, I ended up at Van Sprundel in Roosendaal because I wanted to see the new Mazda CX-60 in Machine Grey. They had the car in stock in the right trim, so I stopped in Roosendaal with a few friends on the way back from Belgium. It started with a delicious cup of coffee. While that's not a selection criterion, we had stopped elsewhere for coffee first because the coffee at a dealership is usually disappointing. When you walk in and see a huge coffee machine and the salesperson originally from the hospitality industry, you get a perfect cup of coffee. The car in question was in perfect condition (logical, since it's a new car and model), and we were able to take our time admiring it. That was definitely the color, that much was clear. Great! Then I spoke with salesperson Ton, and we clearly clicked, resulting in a pleasant conversation. Without going into details, but Ton went above and beyond to provide a more than reasonable quote. The contact following the quote and the final confirmation and order was also extremely pleasant and very professional. In short, even though Van Sprundel is a half-hour drive from my home, they will be delivering my new CX-60; I'm already looking forward to it!
