I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service and craftsmanship of this Terneuzen location. The used Kia e-Niro we bought elsewhere went to Terneuzen for maintenance because there was a long wait in Goes. During this service, a defect was discovered in our car. The mechanic immediately recognized it, a known, costly problem with the electric motor. The staff pulled out all the stops to resolve this costly repair under warranty, and they succeeded. The Kia drives better than ever. Thanks again.

Buying a used car at Louwman Terneuzen NOTE! We were interested in an attractive used Kia Niro. We took a test drive and discussed things like discounts (as much as 1.5%!) and trade-ins (only online market prices, so very low). They asked us to give us some time to arrange things. We were told we'd be called if someone else showed interest. We called today to make arrangements. But...the car was already sold yesterday!! because the salesperson in question was off that day. That's how they do business with a serious customer. Outrageous!! For future interested customers, take advantage of this!!

After being disappointed for the umpteenth time, I finally decided to leave a review. I have damage to my windshield (lease car). I called to ask what's going on. I have to check my vehicle registration to see who the glass insurer is, but it doesn't show up there. I have to call the insurer because they can't help me. I called the Kia headquarters, and they referred me to the dealer. I called the dealer, and they referred me to the vehicle registration again. They told me it's not there, but no, I don't see it there either, and now I can only see Mercedes info. I find that odd because it's a Mercedes and Kia location. I have to call the Kia headquarters, and I did that again, and they referred me back to the dealer. I called them, and they couldn't help me, but they did request a callback. After two days of not being called back, I called the Kia headquarters again, and they referred me to the dealer again. I called the Kia headquarters today; the recording clearly states: "If you have windshield damage, you need to go to your dealer." Okay, then I'll call the dealership for the last time. I immediately give them my license plate number so they can enter it into the computer, and then it seems logical to me that I don't have to tell them I have a lease car. I ask if my window can be replaced. Yes, it can, but then I'll have to pay for it. That seems odd considering the lease. So I ask, "Did you enter my license plate number?" She sighs and says no. I tell her if you had, you would have seen that I have a lease car. Then I assume she'd be happy to connect me with the garage. Of course, that doesn't work, so she sighs and tells me she can request a callback. I said yes, but the question is whether I'll actually get a call. Finally, I called Rida Vakgarage to see if they could help me because I couldn't reach an agreement with Lauwman. They agreed; the window is being replaced on Tuesday. Unfortunately, this isn't the only experience I've had. About three weeks ago, I took the car in for its first MOT inspection. You'd think they'd top up your windshield washer fluid as a courtesy, because when it's empty, I'd have them fill it up. No, that wasn't the case. So, during the snowfall, frost, and saltwater, I had white windows, making it dangerous. When you arrive at the counter, the first thing you hear is, "Oh, I'm from Mercedes, there's no one from Kia." I don't care who fills the fluid, but being made to feel inferior because I drive a Kia instead of a Mercedes is annoying. Plus, an apology that it wasn't done during the MOT is apparently too much trouble. Unfortunately, the list is too long to mention. I'm still with Lauwman for another year; I'm going to think carefully about where I'll lease my next car...

A minor issue occurred without an appointment, but it was resolved immediately. 👌 I've been driving a Kia for years and am very satisfied, but unfortunately, the service at another dealership was always a hassle, with things forgotten and parts replaced that didn't need replacing. My first impressions at Louwman in Terneuzen were therefore very positive.
