I just went there today. I needed a krukassensor (with little knowledge of it). I paid 91.09 euros (75.28 + VAT) for a Hella krukassensor (crankshaft pulse) that costs 15 to 30 euros anywhere else VAT included. A simple online search proves this part, same brand, same specifications costs a third of that price, anywhere else, including online. Be sure to check the prices of what you need before purchase. They did not offer any cheaper replacement versions nor any advice. I was served by this semi rude lady who did not say two words. I dont think this is customer friendly. I could not find any other place online that was selling this part for the same price of 91.02 euros. All were cheaper. Not going back.
Driver Anonymity
Just been to "LKQ Fource Katwijk" again because I needed something for my car. Helped by the friendly employees, despite the fact that several lines are open, it can take a while before it is your turn. I could park my car there for free.

I was stending in front of the counter for 15 minutes and your employee was just taking phone calls one after the other. That is all fine, but guys you need to organise your workflow and system. This is not how the customers should be treated. And one more thing; START WEARING THE MASKS!!! NOBADY IN THE BUILDING IS WEARING THEM!!!
