I brought my car in for an APK inspection because it was getting late and I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. I dropped the car off and after two hours they called to say that my car had some major issues and a few minor ones that would cost €1200 to fix. Since this could be a significant issue, I told them I preferred to consult another mechanic first, and they said that was okay. After half an hour, the guy called again and said that their mechanic had decided some of the issues weren't that serious and could pass the APK, but the major issue was important. The overall fix would now cost €750 to pass the APK. I became suspicious and told them not to change anything, as I wanted to consult with another mechanic first. Then, an hour later, the guy called again! He said that the APK specialist had taken a look and determined that I really needed to fix the major issue, but could skip the minor ones. It would now cost €550! All of this seemed like total nonsense. How on earth could a few minor issues, like changing the wiper blades, cost over €500? Especially since they weren't initially an issue for the APK, but they suddenly wanted to charge me for them. I couldn't trust them about the major issue either, so I went and picked up the car as soon as possible. They charged me €45 just for checking the car for the APK, even though they have a big banner advertising APK inspections from €27! I don't understand how not issuing an APK would cost €45, when issuing one starts from €27! Later, I got an appointment with one of my trusted garages. They checked the car, and I mentioned the major issue to them. They said it was totally fine, and there were no minor issues either. The only problem was that one of the tires was worn out more than the standard, so it needed to be changed (which was correct, as I checked). These guys never even mentioned the tire at all! I'm wondering if they even checked anything in the car before sending me a list of things to fix for €1200!

Excellent! Professional, very reasonably priced, honest, fast and friendly service. I needed to replace Peugeot 308CC battery and have its major maintenance done. Professional service. My car needed a part to get it APK checked on the next day. I expected they needed to order it and it would arrive in a week. But instead they had it delivered the same day! Amazing! Also one of the cleanest and well maintained garages ever. Employees seem professional, unlike the garage on the other side of the street where they even asked me to remove my bad review.

Took my Peugeot 206 to Speedy after my dealer, POUW across the road, wanted €450 to fix an exhaust. Speedy quoted me €150 - so I took it in today. They looked at the exhaust and decided there was NOTHING wrong with it. Cost for APK/MOT €34.95, saving over doing it via the dealer 93%!!! Honesty counts for a lot.
