What a fantastic service experience I had yesterday at KwikFit in Zwolle. The Volvo dealership wasn't at my service, but I was able to go straight to KwikFit and they helped me check my tires, free of charge and efficiently. Highly recommended!!! 5 stars: well deserved!

Gisteren dikke paniek. Lekke band terwijl ik 's nachts zou gaan vliegen. Dankzij Boy is de band vakkundig binnen mum van tijd gemaakt. Pak van mijn hart: vakantie gered!! Kwik Fit en Boy bedankt voor deze snelle actie tussendoor. TOP.

I've now had my vehicle inspection performed twice at this KwikFit, and it's handled professionally. The staff keeps you well-informed, and it doesn't take longer than necessary.

I had a flat en route to Hasselt on my little fold up Brompton at 3 pm on a Friday while here on holiday. Unfortunately their e-bike service area was closed and after explaining my situation I was offered a lift from a very kind customer who was waiting for his car. Regrettably I declined the gentleman’s generous offer of help but the lovely young chap working at the counter directed me ( in great detail) to a repair shop in the centre of town. Scholten Fietsgoed were thankfully able to repair the puncture and I made it to my destination in decent time. Big thanks to the helpful team at KwikFit and the good people of Zwolle!
