Unfortunately, I took my car here a while ago for new brake discs and pads. After picking up the car, I immediately called to say there was a vibration. According to them, this could be due to the new tires that they had also put on. After driving to the hospital for an appointment, it started making a truly terrible noise. I immediately looked for the first garage I saw (Honda in Almelo). What turned out upon closer inspection! The wheels were simply loose. I contacted Kram, who immediately became defensive that this would never be possible with them. Everyone is free to call the Honda dealer if they don't believe me. Kram did offer a free MOT, but we didn't agree to that. We called to see if the MOT could be combined with a major service and if they could possibly share some of the costs as compensation. Well, that wasn't what the gentleman from Kram wanted to hear; he immediately became rude on the phone. We then indicated that we would leave it as it is and want nothing more to do with Kram's car. have... If they make such a mistake and then also be so rude to a customer on the phone who was driving on the highway and had two front wheels loose, that's the end for me... The gentleman reacts to my reaction as if I'm lying... everyone is free to call the Honda dealer to confirm this... And Mr. Kram doesn't want to solve anything except a free MOT with a major service for which he then charges another 600 euros... well, a bit of a strange reaction from Kram... too bad he didn't tell the truth... the fact remains that we really got away with loose wheels on the highway... and a lesson in kindness wouldn't be amiss either.

Nothing special, seems like a good garage. I only made an appointment for maintenance because of the good references.
