I unexpectedly received a very attractive (extra) bonus trade-in offer for my Skoda Scala. I immediately looked on the website and saw a beautiful 2023 VW Taigo with low mileage. After a visit and some back and forth, Rick the salesman and I quickly reached an agreement, and I'm now driving this truly wonderful VW Taigo. I picked it up today after receiving a really nice video last night from Thijmen, the Product Genius, showing my car in all its glory! What's so wonderful: the people at De Waal Autogroep are incredibly helpful and incredibly friendly and helpful. My previous car came from them, and even then, they provided fantastic service! Nothing but praise for this car company!

I ended up here "out of necessity" because my own dealer, where I bought the car, wasn't providing the service I expected and wasn't available for a service for over two months. They've since been acquired by Van den Udenhout, so they're once again larger and impersonal. Here, they were available on relatively short notice (two weeks), and they still have the pleasant atmosphere of a village garage, much nicer because of their small scale than the large dealerships. I think I've found a new dealer for the coming years.
