Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us fantastically after a bit of bad luck. They were even kind enough to take us to the terrace to wait. They made the bus fast!

Bad treatment of a stranger to the area

Normally, I don't feel the need to post reviews online. However, after reading Mr. Bokhove's review regarding his experience with Oude Avenhuis, I wanted to share my experience. I've been a satisfied customer of APK Inspection Station Oude Avenhuis for over 14 years. Good service, excellent value for money, and honest, hardworking people who are always there for the customer. Nothing is too much trouble. Conclusion: Excellent company, highly recommended!

I ordered a tow bar last week, which was supposed to be installed on Wednesday, September 4th. The total cost of the appointment was €600 (not exactly cheap), and I was supposed to pick it up at 5:00 PM. When I went to pick up the car, I was told with a smile that the tow bar wouldn't fit. The only smile on the employee's face when he told me that was as if he was happy to tell me. A phone call to discuss it before I arrived was deemed unnecessary by the man. After some verbal altercation, I was thrown out of the workshop and told they never wanted to see me again. The feeling was mutual. A truly awful company. Hans Bokhove
