Writing a review isn't something I'm likely to do often. But I'm happy to make an exception for JVH. Truly top-notch communication, content, and reliability. No nonsense, just clarity and transparency. The pros and cons, too. Clear agreements regarding purchase and settlement. They do what they say. But—and this is perhaps most importantly—even in the event of an unexpected problem—a minor malfunction—no "ifs" or "buts," but straight to the solution and certainty. Well done, Martijn and Cas. I look back on my purchase with great satisfaction.

Three weeks ago, I bought a beautiful, sporty Audi A3 from JVH Auto's. I received excellent service from the friendly and helpful salespeople and owner. I was also able to trade in my previous car for a great price, and the Audi was delivered perfectly! Exactly as it should be. We highly recommend JVH Auto's! Bought a nice Mercedes from JVH Auto's. Martijn and Cas were very helpful. I absolutely wanted a good warranty. You have to pay extra for that. Because they don't have their own workshop, a Bovag warranty isn't possible. Because many customers live further away, they officially offer CarGarantie. If there's a problem, you can go to your local dealer, where the car will be repaired. As an alternative, they ultimately talk you into their own "JVH premium" warranty. Supposedly the same as CarGarantie, but cheaper. That's what I opted for. Warranty terms and conditions aren't available and they don't send them, something a Bovag garage is obligated to do. Owner Jordi tells a completely different story on the phone. Since January 1st, the warranty contribution has been going into a separate fund. That's where the repairs are paid from. If there are any complaints, you go to Linne, where a friendly VW/Audi garage determines whether they're covered by the warranty. And even then, you might have to pay a co-payment. Completely arbitrary and no oversight by an independent body. Completely different from going to your regular dealership. I offered Jordi the chance to buy the car with a proper warranty, or to cancel the purchase. He took the risk and took advantage of it immediately. The deposit was duly refunded. As it should be.

Last May, I bought a car, which required a lot of extra payment to get it roadworthy and covered by a warranty. Nine months later, and the gearbox is leaking. They always promise to offer good assistance at all the places in your area. That wasn't the case, and after the garage that was supposed to fix our car contacted us, that part was suddenly, coincidentally, not covered by the warranty. I bought a warranty for the air conditioning and will never buy a car here again. You're better off going to a dealership because you pay more at JHV than at a dealership, where you also have a proper warranty. They just talk until they sell you the car at JHV. I see your reaction, and that's right, it falls under Mohamed Erol. Emailing is pointless because the garage has already contacted you. But you have an answer for everything to get out of it. Even via email, we'll get exactly the excuse why it's "not possible."
