Dreamy Traveler
I found Nancy Jurgen through my neighbors, who had also bought a car there. From the very first moment, I received a very friendly and warm welcome. Communication was excellent, and they were always available by phone to help. Even when Nancy got sick, she kept in touch by phone and resolved everything efficiently. In the end, she took care of everything perfectly. I would definitely recommend it, even to me. I was very picky about all the options for my Mercedes A-Class Benz, but she really made it happen. I now have my dream car! 🚗💫

I bought a Porsche Macan from the company, a very nice car. After driving it for a week, I heard a noise. I had it checked by a Porsche expert, and they unexpectedly discovered a leak in the timing belt. This turned out to be a Macan issue. We discussed this, and Jurgen Car Sales promptly resolved the problem with a Porsche expert, despite it being a very expensive repair. A big compliment to Nancy and John Jurgen, thank you. P.S. We stumbled upon Nancy by chance. We hadn't actually intended to buy a car, but the love at first sight and the trusting nature of her approach led us to buy it. Excellent communication throughout the purchase process, even receiving a response late at night. Upon delivery, they took ample time to clearly explain the car's features. The car was very attractively priced, so there was little room for negotiation. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with the overall experience. Service has been excellent so far. I can't comment on the warranty, but I assume I won't need it. I will definitely return to Nancy and her father for my next purchase!
