I bought a car here over a year ago, and it was fantastic until problems arose three months later. I went back three times, and each time, nothing was wrong because they couldn't find anything. Then someone told me it was the engine block, which is a problem with these cars. I reported it to them, but unfortunately, they didn't believe me. They inspected the car two or three more times and still concluded it was the engine block. After much protesting that it was very expensive, they replaced it with a different one. And while they were doing this, I lost my car for two months. So, when it was ready, I was happy to pick it up, but right from the start, it acted strangely in the corners and made a strange noise (it hadn't done this when I brought it there). I immediately reported it by phone and was told to keep an eye on it. He kept doing this, so I took my car back again. At first, they couldn't find anything, but it was caused during repairs. Then they thought they'd found it, but it was wear and tear. Yeah, bye, it broke down at their place. And from that point on, they leave you to fend for yourself. They say, "We've already done the engine, and we can't keep it running." (SELL A GOOD CAR THEN.) So they blame it on wear and tear, which isn't covered by the warranty. As it stands now, it's not wear and tear, but they keep insisting. My advice: don't buy a car here. If there's something wrong with it, they'll do their best to fix it, but if the costs get too high, they'll drop you like a ton of bricks. Moreover, they don't have their own garage and claim to have taken your car somewhere in Arnhem, but meanwhile, it's at the neighbors', who keep finding nothing. A garage that's like, "Lick my ass."

Contacted these people about a Zafira. Last night, I made an appointment for a viewing today, after indicating that I'd arranged transportation for the return trip. I said I'd call before driving with my brother. I'm from Zeeland; Arnhem is a two-and-a-half-hour drive away. Since you have to drive back with two cars and no one in my area could come with me, the plan was for my brother from Dordrecht to come along, which is also an hour's drive. Once we arrived at my brother's and were ready to leave, we called JP Autobedrijf. "Hello, I'm calling about the Zafira, we're on our way." To which they replied, "Oh, I sent you a message (half an hour ago) that someone else wanted to come and view it. And those people are here now." So, within that half-hour, an appointment was made with someone else, and they were already standing next to the car. So, there was no waiting, and no chance to respond on the way to the shop. He then indicated he couldn't do much about it, but in their marketplace message, they said people "wanted to come by." And now they just walked in? So you could come from far and wide and have an appointment, but when someone walks in, the car is gone, and you can fill up for the trip home. They don't honor their agreements here, and they're not exactly quick to lie. I was supposed to get a call back with a solution, since we arrived early, had an appointment, and I was already on my way, but I heard nothing. The car has now been sold. That's how business is done in Arnhem. No one takes responsibility, and even before the sale, they beat around the bush. Good luck to the people who actually buy their car here.

My husband and I were looking for a larger car last month. On Sunday evening, we saw a beautiful Opel Corsa and emailed to schedule a test drive. We received a response within five minutes, and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. Upon arrival, we received a friendly welcome from the owner, took a test drive, and everything was arranged to trade in our car for the Opel Corsa. We were able to pick up the car on Saturday. Upon collection, it turned out that something hadn't been completely resolved, but after a quick phone call, we were able to get another appointment quickly, and it was resolved. In short: fast, efficient, and excellent service! Very happy with the car.

It was a pleasure buying my first car in Netherlands from JP autobedrijf !! They were very helpful, I have forgotten to increasing bank transfer limit and they have given temporary car to me, and they have meet me at 8 pm on Saturday night again !!
