Without any discussion, doubt, or hassle, it was resolved immediately and free of charge. That says it all for me. Simply courteous, clear, and a promise is a promise. You don't see them like that very often these days. Jan doesn't just deliver a car, he truly stands behind it. Top-notch service and highly recommended.

I went to Jan Blonk's shop to check out a van I'd seen driving by. It was a fantastic shop, and Jan himself was very friendly and helpful. I fell in love with a cool Ford Transit Custom and agreed to the deal over the phone the next day. I hadn't expected it for a week until I received a text message on Friday saying my van was ready and I could come by on Saturday. Perfectly arranged, top service, top van!
