Bought a Daihatsu Cuore last year. It was a 2005 model, but quite expensive. We thought, great, we'd go to a reputable garage. That way we'd know for sure it was good. The owner told me the car had belonged to an employee. That sounded good. The air conditioning was even topped up upon delivery. Great. - Well, the air conditioning stopped working quickly. Apparently, it was empty, and they topped it up. - Just after the three-month warranty period, the battery broke. Oh well, that happens, I'll just buy a new one. - After a few weeks, the air conditioning broke again. We also mentioned that the fuel gauge wasn't correct. The tank holds 40 liters, and the car gets 18 km/h. But after 350 km, the gauge already indicated it was almost empty. That wasn't right. The two men behind the counter showed little interest. One was on TikTok, and the other was reluctant to speak with me. I did schedule an appointment, though. The car was inspected by them. There was nothing wrong with the emissions. So the fuel gauge was indeed faulty. Another employee told me he'd called the previous owner. He'd said the car was very fuel-efficient, so the gauge was the problem. Strange, after all, the car belonged to an employee! The air conditioning pump was broken. It was already broken, of course. But they only mentioned this after three months. A new pump is no longer available. I searched for a used model myself and found this one. It took a few weeks to find out what the repair would cost. But they said they'd compensate me. In the end, it was €300, including the used air conditioning pump I bought. I didn't have it repaired. I thought it was too much money. It also felt unfair. The compensation was invisible. The conclusion is that we are very disappointed with this company. They seemed uninterested in helping us. If I didn't contact them, they wouldn't help. I just sold the car on Marktplaats for less than half what we paid for it. I honestly noted that the air conditioning pump is broken and the fuel gauge is unreliable.

I've been a loyal customer here for years. They're honest, tell it like it is, and charge fair prices...if they charge anything at all, because I often come in for a checkup or minor repair, and they don't charge anything. Top-notch service!
