On the way to our holiday destination, we got stuck in Germany with fumes coming from under the hood; no one there could help us. Trying to drive back to Venlo, we ended up at James Autoservice. These friendly employees were fantastic. First, they fixed the car so we could stay overnight at our hotel and then return the next day so the parts we ordered could be installed. The next day, we discovered the radiator was also leaking; this couldn't be fixed before we were due in Germany. They suggested I take a rental car from the garage and pick up my car on the way back on Monday. When I told them I had to go back to work on Monday, this fantastic guy offered to swap it on his day off. We are incredibly grateful that we still had a few wonderful days, made possible by James Autoservice Venlo. A fantastic team 🙏🏻💪🏻

In a word, FANTASTIC. After I was stranded on the hard shoulder and towed by a towing company, the Kia garage told me I couldn't be helped until the following week. Due to their tight schedule and disregard for Carnival, there was no time to carry out any "in-between repairs." I was sent across the street. And I'm so grateful for this, because I've never been given such a warm welcome anywhere! They were very understanding and arranged for my car to be inspected that same day. Parts were ordered immediately, even before the towing company brought my car in (this was possible because a mechanic from the towing company had already inspected it, and we were 90% sure what was wrong). I was kept constantly informed via WhatsApp. After the repairs, the mechanic from JAMES also took me for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. When I asked which taxi company to recommend, as I had to return my rental car to the towing company and get to JAMES from there (a 10-minute walk by car, but a 55-minute drive), the mechanic offered to pick me up there after the test drive and drive me back to the garage together. This extra step, the helpfulness, and the warm attitude of everyone at this company truly deserve 10 stars. In what started out as a stressful situation for me, this warm welcome was more than welcome. Hats off!

I've been taking my Punto to Autoservice Camps for over 10 years, recently several times after moving from Grubbenvorst to a larger garage in Venlo. Communication regarding maintenance is excellent (via email and/or phone), as well as when unforeseen repairs arise (fortunately a rarity). I never skimp on maintenance or parts, with the stipulation that the car must be in tip-top condition afterward. The staff understands this perfectly. And yet, Autoservice Camps still manages to surprise me with competitive quotes and excellent thinking, with the goal of keeping my almost 20-year-old Punto running as long as possible. Hats off!

Excellent service! We arrived at this excellent garage on our way to the campsite with parts. We were back on the road within a few hours with a new multi-belt! We were well looked after with our three children, nice and warm inside with a cup of coffee and juice for the kids!
