I bought my car here and have always brought it here for regular maintenance. This time they charged me for a maintainer with APK, and then didn’t tell me that my APK is about to expire, and didn’t finish the check. I had to be informed by receiving a letter from the rdw. When I confronted the service manager, he said it’s none of his responsibilities to inform me that my APK is about to expire. I’m very disappointed.
