I had a very bad experience today. I wanted to repair a gravel bump that cracked the windshield on the highway. We discussed in person in advance whether the damage could be fixed. They said they would try, although the damage was about the size of a €2 coin. Today I had to take the car to the service at 8 am. We agreed that it will be done by 4 pm, but I had to wait 40 minutes extra!!! Since they were really not care that is was almost 5 o'clock. After they were done, it looked like nothing had been done to it. They said it was fine, they fixed it. I disagreed, as the damage looks the same. They defended themselves by saying that I didn't ask how they were going to fix it. Now which one of us is the mechanic? I had to pay 140 euros for nothing!!! Fixed with some glass cleaner... Who is going to pay me for this now that the work is not done??? I was here before so many times, I never had problem before! Service was always good and I paid all the costs.. what happened today was robbery... Here are the pictures after,,, repairing,,,

Bought a Fabia mid-last month. The trade-in of our old car was very smooth, so we were able to take the new car for a good price. The support afterward was also excellent. Definitely recommended for a good deal.
