Great car (Ioniq 5), but the service at Herwers Veenendaal is unfortunately far below par. I've had a GPS problem for months that just won't be resolved. I've already lost several workdays due to poor planning and empty promises. A promised pick-up and delivery service failed three times due to silly mistakes. Today, as a low point, I had to cancel my work because the mechanic accidentally took the keys to the loaner car back to the garage. Disorganized and unprofessional; my last time here.

Our car was no longer drivable due to a malfunction. This happened at a very inconvenient time for us due to family circumstances. After explaining the situation to Herwers, they prioritized the repair of our car, despite their busy schedule. When I picked up the car, it was even perfectly cleaned! We are very happy with the understanding way in which they helped us.
