Car complaint: I filled the engine oil myself to just below the maximum level. After driving 60 km, I got the "low oil level" message again. This was strange, so I made an appointment with Volvo Scholten. All they did was physically check for leaks and fill it FAR ABOVE the maximum level. According to the receptionist, there was also no oil on the underbody. This makes sense, as there isn't any. I did end up charging €78. I won't be going there again and absolutely advise against this shop!

You would think Volvo as a Swedish top quality brand that they also employ top employees at the showroom and are helpful. But when a toddler who wants a nice key ring is referred to a key ring to buy for 250 euros then you have a screw loose. Then my interest in the car immediately ends after a test drive at this dealer. There are plenty of others.

I have no words to express my gratitude to this dealership. I had an emergency, the engine power reduced performance, couldn’t continue our journey. They took us without an appointment and repaired immediately, we have to wait a little bit for order part to come and in a short time I was able to leave for the destination.very friendly staff. I really appreciate. Thank you
