For the first time I am extremely disappointed with Ford Hekkert Geleen while previous repairs/maintenance were really super arranged! However, now it was a small chip in the windscreen of the car, slightly smaller than a 50-cent coin, and because this car is on lease I was kind of sent from pillar to post by both parties, partly because if the windscreen would crack any further it would cost my deductible, but the garage apparently did not have time to have a mechanic take a look at it (making a new appointment would then be made) so I had my back free and had to wait for the first opportunity that there was space, this too, however after the 3rd phone call I explained to Ford lease but I had to go to another garage and was told the story about the deductible again! So, a little frustrated, I called Ford Hekkert Geleen again, and after waiting on hold for half an hour (!!), a frustrated salesperson answered. I explained everything to this man again, only to be told, "You shouldn't be with me for this, and besides, I have customers here!" Um, yes, sorry sir, but I can't see that over the phone, and I asked Mirt if you could answer, but I think half an hour on hold is too much! Finally, I spoke to someone at the reception/garage, and after my full explanation, I got the same response, "Sir, it won't be that bad if you put a window sticker on it. Besides, if a mechanic isn't available sooner, there's nothing I can do!" So, if the window cracks, that's just bad luck! No, I understand, just take a look. It would have taken 5 minutes, but apparently it was too much effort! So, I finally called Ford Hekkert Heerlen and explained the problem. The answer I got was, "Just come by today or tomorrow, and we'll take a look and write a report for the leasing company!" Oh, super friendly lady, but don't I need an appointment? The nice woman says, "No, sir, not just to have a chip smaller than a 50-cent coin checked." And I was completely helped over the phone in 5 minutes, so why Ford Hekkert Geleen was so difficult really surprised me. I've always taken both my cars to them for service/maintenance and have always been extremely helpful, until now...

I've been coming to this garage for years. Such friendly people at the reception! I'm always happy to see Stefan again. The workshop staff are knowledgeable and explain things well. I've known some of them for years. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service! They're very helpful. Recently, my tire was even examined and repaired for free. Where else can you find something like that?
