We spent three fifteen-minute waits on the phone because of a burning smell under the hood of our Fiat. When we asked for help, the woman on the phone then asked what we expected (in a rather unpleasant tone, to put it mildly). They had eight weeks to look into it. Empathy was hard to come by, both via email and on the phone. It's hard to keep customers this way these days... We understand that you can't always resolve everything immediately. But we believe you can speak to people normally and kindly instead of making them feel like a number that doesn't matter.

I was helped quickly, received a competent explanation, and the service was excellent. By the way, the espresso was delicious during the short wait.

They said the air conditioning would be fixed. After two days, they called and said, "Yes, you have to come in, because something must be broken." You'll have to pay for it yourself. They basically said (we paid €250 and didn't check if it was broken) "Go to another garage for a second opinion. They'll see in 5 minutes that the hose connection is broken." HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!! A reputable company, and they don't see it. You call again, and they start criticizing another company. Even though they haven't fixed it themselves. No, not good service, definitely not customer-friendly.
