Unprofessional, unfriendly to customers After years of good experiences with my Kia at Janssen-Kerres, it's now been transferred to Hedin, a different location. I've experienced many minor incidents (some good ones too, by the way): missed appointments, forgotten items during major service, unnecessarily long waits at reception, and unfriendly reception staff (with one exception). Yesterday was the final straw: I'm ready for a new Kia, but definitely not buying one there. An electric car comes with an app that you use to view/adjust settings. Kia recently changed it, and I had a question about how it worked. I called weeks ago and was told I'd be called back. It didn't happen. Yesterday, I called about this, and the man at reception told me rather rudely that they couldn't do anything with it and knew nothing about it because they don't make the app themselves. I explained that it's actually part of the car and that it's serviced at this garage. No, he said, go look elsewhere. I also told him it was a flawed argument: after all, they don't make the car themselves! I heard this conversation end, sir. I asked if I could speak to a manager or file a complaint. "No, sir," he said, and hung up. Incredibly unfriendly!

This is an excellent car dealership with very welcoming and friendly workers, It also has a public EV Charging Station which can charge more than one vehicle at a time, though it slows down the charging rate if more than one vehicle requires high speed charging. The rate when only one vehicle is attached is around 340 km of range per hour upto 80% charge, though as ever once 80% is reached, the charging rate drops to around half or less than the maximum. If you want a Kia, buy it here šš³š±āāāāā
