Last week our Volvo v60 was taken to this branch in Haarlem. From the very first moment we walked in a technician called Jaap, but also a respectful gentleman at the desk received us with tact and professionalism. I’m impressed not only by the service provided but how everything was explained; time dedicated, attention to details and comprehensive posture for an amateur like me when it comes to cars engines and repairs. Jaap kindly oriented us and made us feel at home (Spain). I would recommend any Volvo owner to visit this branch and have your maintenance done.

My new car was delivered by Richard - right to my office door. He arrived slightly early, which was convenient and he has spent about 40 minutes to show me everything in the car. I mean really everything, including setting up the car for me (pairing phones, installing spotify etc.) so that I can enjoy the first ride home to the max. I told him it’s my first electric and I am not used to driving an automatic car, so he explained how charging works and everything. He was super friendly and likeable (and he had none of that condescending tone that men often use when they explain cars to women - should be a given, but unfortunately it’s not). In the end he assured me I can give him a call if I have any questions later. He made it a great experience! Thank you Richard! (Hedin even sent a box of chocolate as a gift, which was also a nice touch.)

Bad experience today. Went to their shop to have information on a XC40 and C40 electric car. One employee was busy with a customer and another was sitting in his office doing nothing. After 10 minutes waiting I left the shop. Nobody greeted me neither while entering nor while going away. Very unprofessional.
