My experiences with Haanstra Auto's, and Peter in particular, have been very positive. After a long search for a Polo, I finally found them. After a warm welcome and a test drive, we were convinced. The car drives like a dream, and I'm very satisfied with the service and the handling of the sale.

Last Saturday, I picked up my new car. An orange Volkswagen Polo. I had a very good experience with Peter and Vincent. They were also very transparent, allowing me to see the car from underneath to see what condition it was in. This instilled complete confidence in them as a mechanic, and I saw no defects under the car. After a closer inspection and a test drive, I decided to take this beautiful car home right away. It's a car that will last a long time, and as an enthusiast, I'll be adding more details to it.

In August 2025, I bought this Mercedes CLA180 Shooting Brake from Peter. During the test drive, I had some minor issues that were supposed to be resolved before delivery. After a few months, I noticed an unexplained coolant leak. After a phone call, the car was inspected, and the problem seemed to be resolved. However, the defect later returned, and the car could be taken to a garage without any problems. The job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. However, Peter accepted it without any problems during the warranty period. I'm very happy with this service, which you certainly won't find everywhere. Honest and customer-friendly. I would definitely recommend this car dealer to anyone I know! Thanks again, Peter!

I bought a car here three months ago and I'm still extremely satisfied. The car was delivered clean and in mint condition, and it drives and shifts smoothly. Agreements were always kept, and Peter is very flexible. I also made use of the warranty, which was honored without any hassle. Two weeks ago, I took a test drive in what could be a new car. The service was fast and friendly, and you received a proper welcome. After the test drive, I sat down with Peter to finalize the financial details. At other garages, I received (in my opinion) too little trade-in value for my car. Peter gave me a realistic offer and was able to substantiate everything during the conversation. Four days later, I called to pick up my new car. Peter responded quickly and kindly. During the purchase, I had forgotten the car's paperwork, but this wasn't a problem for him. This last point, plus all the previous points, gave me a good feeling; it felt as it should. I was treated fairly, and it wasn't just about the car. The car was delivered with a warranty package, and I'm very satisfied. Peter, thank you!
