Customer-friendly, good service. Honest and reliable. They treat everyone seriously. I had my air conditioning filled cheaply elsewhere. After two weeks, it wasn't cold enough again. Then I called Van Der Oest; they were willing to take a look at my car in between. And diagnose what was wrong. If I wanted to bring the car in on Tuesday before closing time, the air conditioning could stay on all night. Every other day I had to find out what was wrong. It turned out the other company hadn't filled it enough. Because you also have to have your machines inspected and oaked every year. That costs money, and most people don't want that. At Van Der Oest, they refilled everything with an additive. They couldn't find a leak. They just found that it was 100 grams too little. At Van Der Oest, they always have everything right. To provide honest and reliable service. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price. They charge fair prices and will never charge you unnecessary extra costs.
