I had an issue with my volvo that was hard to diagnose in other garages. They treated the issue promptly and very efficiently. They also spoke English to me with no trouble wich made it easier. All arround, I recommend them for any volvo vehicle.

I can only say that they are all fantastic! They think along with you and help with love and passion. Over the past few days, I've been knocking on their door for two cars and a company van (for which they found the problem within 5 minutes that the dealers couldn't find for two years). For MOTs and repairs. I can only say they know what they're doing! Highly recommended! And they won't break the bank! Thank you so much, guys.

Extremely transparent mechanic. Explained me well what he was going to do offered options to lower the price and explained the advantages and disadvantages. Flexible and honest. The owner has helped me get the TUV for my Volvo V40 and also did it quickly. Over 3 years always got the car very quickly. Friendly owner too.

Garage Tosun has been a familiar face in Enschede for years. Yilmaz, with his extensive experience gained during his time at Volvo Enschede, is a top-notch mechanic. He possesses strong analytical skills and is only satisfied when he has investigated and resolved a problem down to the smallest detail. Only then is it good enough for him. We should have more mechanics of this caliber. My advice: talk to him. You'll quickly realize he knows what he's talking about, but you might even make an appointment right away. He is extremely honest, and your car is in excellent hands with him.

Because I was new to the city, I found this garage online. The staff were very cold, disinterested, and had a surly expression when faced with so many customers. When I spoke with the owner and arranged payment, he was completely non-transparent. When I asked which brake pads they had installed, because this wasn't listed on the invoice, I received an angry response and my request was dismissed. Shouldn't a customer be informed whether used, new, good, or poor-quality parts were used? Is it fair to charge €50 for a part worth €10? I'd really like to give that guy a piece of my mind, but I don't want to lower my standards for a few cents. Moreover, within a week, the brakes started squeaking, and I had to have them replaced again. The mechanic also said there was a problem with the alternator and that it needed to be replaced, but at another garage, it turned out to be just a minor noise caused by a screw, which they simply repaired. If I had gone with them, I would have been ripped off again. They also overcharged for the brake pads. I absolutely do not recommend this garage to new customers. Respect for the honest professionals!
